Is there a tool missing from your organizing toolbox?

Let me tell you about something that happened to me recently.  It happens to everyone, all the time.  I'm guessing it's happened to you, too.

I got a letter from an organization, carefully addressed to a Mr. Perry Robyn. Now, I've never met this Perry Robyn, and maybe he exists, but since they got my mailing address (mostly) right, I'm assuming they were trying to address yours truly (e.g. Ms. Robyn Perry).

This is what it's like to be victim of a bad mail merge.  What's worse is perpetrating one.

Bad mail merges are on the loose, everywhere.  You can help stop them by learning once and for all how to merge data correctly (and easily!).  PTP and I are offering a mail merge training, so this doesn't happen to you (and you don't inflict it on anyone).

Interested?  You can sign up, whether you have a Mac or a PC.  (EVERYONE needs help with mail merge).
To sign up, visit our registration page for the Windows or Mac trainings.
