PTP now offers PowerBase Open Office Hours. Once a month, we’ll be on the phone for you to call in with your PowerBase questions, get your questions answered, and hear from other organizers using PowerBase.

Office hours are only available for organizations with support contracts.

PowerBase Training for New Staff June 6 2012

This PowerBase Training for New Staff takes place at 10AM Pacific/11AM Mountain/12PM Central/1PM Eastern on the first or second Wednesday of each month and lasts an hour. This is open to new staff at your organization.

Do you have new staff that need to get familiar with PowerBase? Give them the opportunity to get started on the right foot with a PowerBase training specifically designed for new staff.

They'll be able to navigate PowerBase and do most kinds of data entry after this training, including:

  • using dashboards
  • doing basic & advanced searches
  • updating contact records
  • using CiviMember & CiviContribute
