Program: VOTER PROJECT: APPLICATION

Welcome to the final stage of your VOTER Project application!
You will use this form to complete your proposal. You should have already completed an Organization Information Form before starting this proposal. You may want to print the questions and then prepare your answers in another program so that you can cut and paste them into these fields.

The grant proposal form has several sections:
There are 5 questions, a place for the VOTER project budget and a number of questions about your organization's technology use. Please do NOT repeat what you submitted on your Organization Information form. We will use the information provided here and in your organization application to evaluate your proposal.

Suggestions and Instructions for Completing this Page:

  • You may want to prepare your answers in a different program and then cut and paste them onto this screen.
  • Some fields have drop-down lists that allow you to select multple answers. Those will be identified with the phrase "Select all that apply" above the field. For multiple selections, hold CTRL key (windows) or Apple key (mac) while selecting. Be sure to click your mouse to make a selection.
  • The large free form text fields will hold up to 32,000 characters.
  • Please complete the entire form before pressing once on the SUBMT QUERY button at the bottom of the page. This will send the form to us. You will get a confirmation page and a email sent to the address that you give us.
