If you’re planning a voter engagement project in 2008 you know that managing your voter data is going to be a critical success factor.  This training is designed for the database person in your office who’ll be tasked with managing the data side of your voter engagement.  In particular, this training will cover:

• Overview of Integrated Voter Engagement
• Mail merge and basic word processing label production for mailing
• List name matching and merging using such tools at MS excel or MS access
• General troubleshooting skills for printers and other devices
• Bar code reader set up and operation
• Use of external mass e-mail senders
