Organizing Technology Grant Application Questions

This document lists the questions that you must answer in the grant application. This is a two stage process: first make an application describing your organization that we can use to determine if you qualify for the Organizing Technology Grants program; then, if you qualify, we will send you a link to a web page where you can complete the online grant application.

Unless you have extenuating circumstances, you must complete the applications online. If you cannot complete this online, print the questions out and use them to prepare a document with your request. Contact us if you need assistance.

To prepare for the organization application, look over the Organization Application page. Then return to it when you are ready to complete it. Don't delay because we have to review your application before you can complete the grant application.
