Program: Grant Making: Organizing Technology Grant Proposal Form

Welcome to the final stage of your grant application!
You will use this form to complete your grant proposal. You should have already completed an Organization Information Form before starting this proposal. You may want to print the questions and then prepare your answers in another program so that you can cut and paste them into these fields.

The grant proposal formhas several sections:
there are 5 questions about the grant, a place for the technology project budget and a number of questions about your organization's technology use. Please do NOT repeat what you submitted on your Organization Information form. We will use the information provided here and in your organization application to evaluate the grant proposal. Review the grant guidelines if you have any questions about the Organizing Technology Grants Program criteria.

Suggestions and Instructions for Completing this Page:

  • You may want to prepare your answers in a different program and then cut and paste them onto this screen.

Both the Organization Information Form and the Grant Proposal must be completed and received in our office on or before November 28th, 2006. Grants will be awarded by December 31st, 2006
